I am waiting for my debit card to come in the mail. Can I check on the status somehow?

When did you file your return?

It usually takes 5 to 10 business days for the Visa card to come. However, if you believe you should have received your card by now, please visit TurboPrepaidCard.com or call us toll-free at 1-888- 285-4169 to find out when and/or if your card was sent out.
