I am unable to retrieve my paystubs

I have TurboTax id and password which is working

TurboTax does not have your paystubs.  This is a public user forum for answering questions about income tax and for help with the tax preparation software.  Ask your payroll department for further help.

TT does not have copies of your W-2 forms either.
