I am unable to change my bank information to have my refunds direct deposited.

I tried hitting the 'continue' button at the bottom of the page to select the bank option, however it didn't work.

Looks like you have read the steps, and gone through that way.

First I recommend clearing your browser history & cookies, then try. If it is still not working contact us.
