I am trying to retrieve a 2023 file to print, but when I select it, it goes to TurboTax 2024. What can I do?

I was able to load 2023 data to 2024 but I need a complete copy of the file.

In TurboTax Online, Sign In and select 2023 from 'Your Tax Returns and Documents'.

 

Once you're in your 2023 return, go to the Print Center in the left-side menu to print a copy.
