Yes that is the NEW postcard size 1040.  Under the new tax laws, there are no more simple Form 1040EZ or 1040A's.  Everything goes on a little Form 1040 that has six extra "schedules" with it.  The new 1040 is 2 half pages but now print on 1 sheet with the Signature line in the Middle.

The 2018 Form 1040 is actually two half pages.  When printing the Form 1040 TurboTax has combined the two half pages to one single page.

The 1040 is all on one page now.   If you look at Page 1, you will see that the bottom half is considered Page 2 now.

My copy stops at line 23 . Should I get to see the other lines that were on the 2017 return ?

Did you view the IRS Form 1040 for 2018?  It stops on Line 23.
The 2018 Form 1040 has changed from all previous years.  There is now only one Form 1040 with 6 supporting 1040 schedules.  Forms 1040EZ and 1040A are not longer used.
