I am trying to open my saved return file to continue with my 2019 taxes. I get error 102345 on both the primary and backup files. What gives?

Same issue - I spent over a week on my return, and now file doesn't open. Do you have a repair tool or can someone look at this error?

 

Software is up to date - maybe I shouldn't have updated?
