I am trying to file my 2018 taxes and Turbo Tax is showing me an "Underpayment Penalty" of $940. IRS website is showing me that I have $0 due for last year? who is right?

Did you go through the Underpayment Penalty interview? If not, enter the words underpayment penalty in the Find box on the upper right, hit enter, then the Jump To.
