I am trying to do a refund advance for my Son, because I do his Taxes threw Turbo, but want's to put in on his pay pal account, cause he has not prepaid Turbo visa card

First of all you are posting from one of the "Live" versions of online TT, which will disqualify you from the loan.  Secondly, one of the conditions of getting the loan is that it MUST go on a new TurboTax prepaid Visa.
