I am trying to amend my 2022 tax year

I just filled out what I wanted to change in my 2022 tax year, and when I go to submit it electronically it says the following:

 

Your transmission didn't go through

We could not e-file your return for the following reason:
Our records indicate that you are not entitled to e-file one or more formsets.

An amended 2022 return must be filed by mail.  You cannot e-file it.  Print it, sign and date it in ink and mail it using a service like certified mail so you will know it was received.  Expect a long wait of four to six months.
