I am not filing a state amended return , how can I fix that?

Can you provide more details about your issue, for example:

1. Do you want to file an amended state return and can't; or you do not want to file an amended return and want to skip that filing?
2. If you do want to file an amended state return, how was the original state tax return filed, for example, what version of TurboTax did you use?

You can ignore the state amendment. If you are just amending a federal return just print and mail the federal amended forms necessary to mail in. If your changes do affect the state return though, I would suggest sending in an amended state return as well..
