I am attempting to file an amended return. When I press submit, TurboTax gives a popup message that says: "Tax year 2023 transmissions are not yet available. "

The entire message is:
Tax Year 2023 transmissions are not yet available. TurboTax is not ready to process Tax Year 2023 for this return

Will this be fixed soon?

Yes, this is the windows desktop download and it updated when I started the app.
