I am amending my tax returns that i filed, with my dependents. My "Final Numbers" is lower than my original Tax Return. Is this going to be added to my refund, or is my total refund lowered?

Lets say, I have $2,000 with original filing. With amended (dependents added), it says $1,800. Is it going to be $3,800? or now dropped to $1,800?

That it would be dropped to $1800, however you should not do an amendment until your original filing is approved\denied and closed out. Also Amendments are only able to be mailed and not e-filed.
