I am amending my tax ret. because I forgot to incl. one of my 1099s T.Tax gave me 1040es vouchers with $-number I d'nt understand. What are those, do I need to mail them?

Number in 1040-es is 4x higher than what I need to pay to treasury.
What are those vouchers?
Do I need to include them in mail?
Do I need change something?

No, you will not have to mail the estimated tax vouchers. They are produced when a taxpayer has a tax liability (owes taxes) and they are the suggested quarterly payment to make to avoid owing in the future.  You do not have to mail them, you do not need them, and you probably do not need to change anything.  Please see TurboTax FAQ on the topic below.
