I am amending my return and my refund amount is changing...I already received my state return and cashed it, but the amendment added an extra $25 refund...what do I do?

Depending on what you changed on return your refund/owed amount can change. The $25 your refund is now showing is what the IRS owes you in addition to the refund already received.
