I am a real estate broker and work for a brokerage but turbo is asking me for business name and address, did I send W2s out etc, am I on the wrong page?

You are not on the wrong page as these are questions asked on the Schedule C. Since you are a sole proprietor you will put your own name and address for your business income. You will also answer no to the questions involving employee forms if you have no employees.
