I already filed my federal tax return and they got accepted now I would like to go back in and do my Wisconsin State return and my homestead credit how would I do this?

Here's how to open your return back up so that you can complete your state return:

• You can log in and go to your 2015 Tax Timeline.  Scroll down to "Some things you can do" and click "Add a State."
• That won't really add an additional state, it will just open your return back up.
• Then once the return is open you can go to the State Taxes tab to complete your state return.

To enter information on the Homestead credit screen, please follow these steps:

 

• After sign into your account, select Pick up where you left off
• To your left, select State,
• On the screen, Status of your state returns, under Wisconsin, select Continue / Edit
• Continue through on-screen interview questions,
• On the screen, Here's the income that Wisconsin handles differently, select Done with Income
• Next screen, Take a look at Wisconsin credits and taxes
• Under Personal, home, and family credits /  Homestead Credit, select Revisit/ Start
