I already filed, and put my husband's bank info for direct deposit, I filed married but filing separately, is OK for my husband bank to get the refund

If your name is on the bank account, your refund will get deposited into that account.  If your name is not on the bank account that you direct deposited it into, it may be rejected by the bank.  If that happens, the IRS will mail you a check to the address on your return.
