"Being processed" means you are only that much closer to getting your refund. It means they must first process your return and then approve your refund. It can take anywhere from a few days to 3 weeks to go from acceptance to approval. You can use the IRS Where's My Refund tool to keep track of your status https://www.irs.gov/refunds. The IRS updates the site daily in the overnight hours usually.

Mine has not changed. No info on if they received the fax or not. Just the run around. It's been 7 weeks. No answers, no update, now the site is down for where's my refund and irs2go. Now the virus is causing even more issues. Just straight answers. I'm sick of hearing be patient. Because the IRS still has links and sites to pay your taxes. Smh! I along with many, many others will never use TT again. And never rely on the IRS for the truth.

Turbo Tax will not have a status on your refund. If the IRS website says processing, this means they are working on it.
