You may try calling the IRS e-file Payment Services right away at 1-888-353-4537 – they're open 24/7.

Yes, it will.  You may try calling the IRS e-file Payment Services right away at 1-888-353-4537 – they're open 24/7.

Generally, if the IRS accepts your E-Filed income tax return and it is a wrong account information, the IRS will send you a check in the mailSee What if I entered the wrong bank account for direct deposit?

If the IRS rejects your E-Filed income tax return, you could change your account number. See   Where do I enter my bank's routing or account number?

Per IRS Refund Returns - IRS.gov:  Refunds that are not direct deposited because of institutional refusal, erroneous account or routing transit numbers, closed accounts, bank mergers or any other reason are issued as paper checks, resulting in refund delays of up to ten weeks. While the IRS ordinarily processes a request for Direct Deposit, it reserves the right to issue a paper check and does not guarantee a specific date for deposit of the refund into the taxpayer’s account.
