I accidentally put in h&r blocks routing and bank account numbers instead of my own on my tax return. I was copying information from when I filed last year through h&r block

im curious to know if this has happened to you scientifically, what actually happened and how long did it take?

If you filed and put the incorrect bank account information, there are 2 possibilities. First would be it rejects, at which point you can fix the information and refile. Second, the IRS accepts it. If it's accepted, the deposit would be attempted and most likely kicked back by whatever bank it's going to and the IRS sends you a paper check in the mail.
