I accidentally paid for turbo tax live when I put my credit card in for filing federal return. How do I get a refund? I did not file fed/state taxes yet

You'd have to phone TurboTax Support during business hours and tell them what happened, and see if you can work something out.

In the meantime, do NOT use the Live feature, or they might say you used it.
