I accidentally answered that my HSA was over funded and I would withdraw 550. But now I realize It wasn't overfunded and I need to remove offer to withdraw

So this is a TURBO TAX error on my part but I can't find how to UNDO?

You would have to go back through the HSA questionnaire and change the answer that caused TurboTax to calculate an over-contribution. This can either be due to which coverage you had, the amount of your employer and individual contributions, or a prior-year overcontribution.

To revisit the HSA section of your return, go to Federal > Wages & Income > Less Common Income > 1099-SA, HSA, MSA and click Start/Revisit.

Once you correct your answers and TurboTax no longer calculates an overcontribution, the $550 of taxable income will be removed from your return.

If the over-contribution is caused by an entry error on your W-2 for the amount in Box 12 with Code W, you can correct that on your W-2 by going to  Federal > Wages & Income > Wages & Salaries.
