I accidentally added a 1098 how do I delete it? I thought it was the form I needed but it wasn't

I am using the online TurboTax and I did not pay any mortgage

You should have a trashcan icon. You can go back to the mortgage interest section and remove the amounts. For online, see How do I view and delete forms in TTO?
