Normally it should have arrived in 7-10 business days. You can phone the Card's customer support to report it was never received.

Listen to all the menu options before entering anything..
It will ask for your card number (which you won't have), so it will mention SSN (don't enter it). Instead, keep listening, and it will say "To report a card lost, stolen, or never received press 1". Then for "never received" press 2.

Help piz ..i have tried to get a replacement card . when I call the number off back of card . it says call number off card duh . I have wait up with this 😤😠.. Not to mention I have spent hrs waiting for customer service no answer
