How to print tax cover page after filing

When I viewed my return before filing, it included the Turbo Tax cover page that I have printed every year with my taxes.  It includes a helpful summary.  It said that I would have a chance to download and print this after filing, so I waited until I completed.  Now that I am downloading my documents, it is just the federal and state forms, no summary page.  How do I get the summary page for my records?

Yes, if your 2016 Filing Instructions (which includes the 2016 Federal Tax Summary) do not download/print with PDF from your Tax Timeline after filing:

  1. Sign in at TurboTax.com and click Taxes near the top. This will open your Tax Timeline.
  2. In the 2016 Tax Year section, click Add a state (we're not really adding one, this is just a way to reopen your return).
  3. After the blue Simple and accurate screen finishes loading, you'll be back inside your return. You can then select Print Center from the My Account drop-down.

Follow the instructions in the program to print or save your return. This will include the filing instructions along with the 2016 Federal Tax Summary.

Thanks.  I was able to use your answer to get to "Add State," open my (already filed) 2023 return in PDF, and view and print my TurboTax cover/summary sheet.  For 2023, the "Add State" button seem to show up on the first page after login.  Anyway, once you get to "Add State" you can proceed to open your (already filed) return in PDF, and view and print the (original) cover sheet.
