How to get to my messages? I cannot find them from my email. The live help I am getting just is not working out.

Please check the Email address listed in your Intuit Account

 

Log into TurboTax

  1. On the left Sidebar, 
  2. Towards the bottom
  3. Select Intuit Account
  4. You can update
  • Email
  • Text number
  • Phone number
