You have the option to choose paper check, Net spend Card, or Direct Deposit to receive your refund. If Turbo Tax is not giving you the option to choose paper check, this is because you will first need to choose to pay for your Turbo Tax product with a credit/debit/prepaid card instead of having the fees taken from your refund. Here's how to correct this problem:
1. In Step 1 on the File tab, choose to pay with a credit/debit/prepaid card.
2. After paying fees and proceeding to Step 2 on the File tab, you may then go ahead and choose the "Paper Check" option for receiving your refund.
