How to amend my 2016 tax return using turbo tax if I filed it using different tax preparer

You would be better off using that other tax prep service to amend.  In order to use TurboTax you would have to purchase the software, re-create the tax return EXACTLY the way it was when submitted, and then use the software to amend the return to print sign and mail--a lot of extra work.
