We have an incorrect address entry on one of the Schedule B--Form 1099-DIV. Consequently, we can't proceed to e-file. we have already paid the Turbo fee!

The address on Form 1099-DIV doesn't need to be included on the Schedule B of the 1040. If the form has the incorrect address you don't need to make any adjustments on the return. You can just update the payer to let them know the correct address.
