How long will it take after the 60 day review from the integrity verification operations has come and gone for the irs to process and send a refund

Will they send another letter after the 60 day review letter form the integrity verification operations

Sorry, but only the IRS can answer that, as each situation is different, and it depends upon their backlog. They do not notify TT.
