So this IRS "Where's My Refund" tool say your funds have actually been sent?
http://www.irs.gov/Refunds
If the IRS has actually sent the funds, the IRS FAQ page says in general to allow "up to 5 days" to be processed at a bank due to variations in bank processing procedures and times. Of course, "up to" means it could be anytime during that period.
However, there may be another link in the chain that you can check if you used the following service:
If you used Free Edition, did you have no TurboTax fees at all? Or did you have any TurboTax fees that you chose to pay out of the Federal refund? If so, the funds go first from the IRS to a temporary account at an intermediary bank where the fees are subtracted. Then that intermediary bank sends the rest of the funds on to your bank (or card.) If you used that method to pay fees, and if the IRS has actually released the funds, we can tell you how to check on the funds at the level of the intermediary company.

If you efiled, double-check with this tool to be sure the return was efiled successfully and accepted:
<a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="https://shop.turbotax.intuit.com/efile/efile_status_lookup.jsp">https://shop.turbotax.intuit.com/efile/efile_status_lookup.jsp</a>
If that showed it was accepted (or if you mailed the return), what do you see at the IRS website below for the status of your Federal refund?
<a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="https://www.irs.gov/Refunds">https://www.irs.gov/Refunds</a>
If that IRS tool shows that the refund has been sent, report back for more info.
If the IRS tool says it is still "being processed", and if it's been longer than 21 days, we can tell you how to speak to someone at the IRS to see if they can tell you anything about the delay.
Were you to receive your Federal refund in a direct deposit to your bank, to a Turbo Prepaid VISA Card, or to another prepaid card?

Did you read the 2 answers below?
The first one pointed out that the IRS says it can take up to 5 days. And, if you had any TurboTax fees paid out of the Federal refund, the second answer below tells what to do to check on it.
If you had no TurboTax fees to pay out of the refund, and if it hasn't shown up at your bank (or card) after 5 days of when it was expected, then you can phone the bank (or card) to see if they refused a direct deposit. If necessary, you can then phone the IRS to check on it.
I found more info about my tax refund with Santa Barbara Tax. The company that works with Turbotax in taking out the fees before it gets deposited to you.

This helped me to know more about my refund and it went straight to my student loan.

How can we check on the funds at the level of a intermediary company?
@throdriguez92
I left you an answer on this page. It tells how to check on your refund if you chose to pay any product fees out of your Federal refund.
I agree with you^ lol waiting exactly the same. Have no fees cause I used the free edition. No offsets either. Irs said it was sent Feb 27th.
Mine says the same thing but I did have fees taken out for Turbotax.
@amtolbert12
Then see the other answer on this same page that says how to check on it at the intermediary company.

@smithmjosh90 what’s irs number where I can reach a representative?
I’m also expecting a DD from 022719 and still nothing in my bank. This was the last month I had to pay off my car and the gov’t is playing. Thank goodness my dealership is being cool with me and understanding. I had to pawn things just to get by until this check clears. Smh talk about crabs in a bucket.
This answer is for throdriguez92 or anyone else who chose to pay TurboTax fees out of their Federal refund.
Check with this tool to see if the IRS has actually released your funds:
http://www.irs.gov/Refunds
If you chose to pay your TurboTax fees out of your Federal refund, your funds will first go from the IRS to a temporary account at an intermediary bank--either Civista Bank of Sandusky, Ohio, or Green Dot Bank. At the intermediary bank the fees are subtracted, then the rest of your funds are sent on to your bank (or prepaid debit card) in a second deposit. The company that handles that is SBTPG (Santa Barbara Tax Products Group.)
Less commonly there can be delays at the intermediary bank, and additional ID info, etc. might be required.
If for any reason the second deposit fails (the one that is actually to your bank or card), it will bounce back to SBTPG's bank who will issue you a paper check in the mail.
Once the IRS has released your funds, you can log in to your temporary account at SBTPG to see the status of your funds.
To log in, choose the taxpayer portal at:
https://www.sbtpg.com/
SBTPG
has a phone contact page at the following link. It also shows their business hours. Even when they are
closed, you may be able to get automated info, or you can log in as
above.
