How long after the fees are taken put of my state refund will turbo release the remainder?

TurboTax fees are never taken out of a state refund.  The fees can only be deducted from your federal refund.  If you chose that option, you wait until the the IRS issues your refund to the third party bank, and then it may take another day or two for the refund to post to your own account.

What is Refund Processing Service?

That's what I thought. But they released my state refund yesterday and last night turbo tax show my fees went from pending to completed. I am on PATH so I know they didn't getbthen thru federal. I was told TT will take fees out of whichever refund comes first.
