if you are talking about, removing the account details on an e-filed return --- in the personal info tab or in the forms mode, go to taxpayer federal information worksheet and delete the info. Ditto for the State taxpayer information worksheet.
If you trying to file by mail, then you need the routing and account number for the IRS/State --- they convert the printed forms to e-file format before processing.
