How do I use turbotax refund track tool?

TurboTax cannot track any type of tax refund.  Only estimates are given on the TurboTax Tax Home web page.

For the actual status of a tax refund you will have to use the IRS and State websites -

If the federal tax return has been filed and accepted by the IRS use the federal tax refund website to check the refund status - https://www.irs.gov/refunds

You use the IRS site https://www.irs.gov/refunds  and you can also use a mobile device by downloading the  IRS2Go app to check your refund status.
