How do I un ammend a federal return ? I’ve made a mistake

Just to clarify, you made a mistake on your amended federal return and you are trying to redo it?

I  have no refund coming back I stopped it last year

My federal return has been accepted.  I have not sent in my state return yet.  I have made a critical error with my dependents.  Under box 4 I've accidentally checked 'credit for other dependents'.  I should've marked child tax credit.  I just finished filling with you last night.  has not been 24 hours yet.  Can I change.  Can you help?

You need to wait until you have received your refund or until your payment has been accepted.
