TurboTax will not notify you because when the IRS
receives your mailed tax return because the IRS does not notify TurboTax
when they receive a mailed return. If you have mailed your tax return the
IRS says that you can start tracking it 4 weeks after mailing your paper return via the Where's my Refund site: https://www.irs.gov/refunds. The IRS states that they typically issue refunds within 21 days of accepting the tax return.
