How do I stop an efile that was jsut sent today but already accepted

You can’t retrieve a file already accepted. 

Sorry----it cannot be stopped.  If you made mistakes you will just have to wait for the accepted return to be fully processed and amend later.

The Form 1040X you might need becomes available in late February,  But wait until your return has been processed.

Hope it gets rejected. That's the only way.
