How do I remove the underpayment penalty if there is no way to edit the revisit page in Additional Tax Payments?

I use the program as a tax preparer, not a tax collector.

arrrgh. I tried to find this menu item once before but needed to "pick up where I left off" first and now I see it and will work with that tool to edit what I need to. Thank you ee-ea.
