How do I remove a duplicated dependent line on AZ state tax form?

The Turbo-Tax form imported my dependent from my Federal tax form but also kept my information from last year's submission so it duplicated the information on this year's tax return.  Now it's giving me an error.  How do I remove one of the entries.
