How do I print off the form I need to mail after I've filed my taxes?

I filed my taxes, thinking that I could go back and print of the page I need to mail off when I had access to a printer. I can not figure out how to print this page off now. How can I get access to this form again? Or am I not able to?

Open up TurboTax and prepare as though you were re-doing taxes.  The form you want can then be right clicked and printed while you're in it (at finish). You don't need to change any information. Just scroll through pages.
