This is for a home office business with a registered TIN. I hired a consultant in 2019 and paid her $6,000. I sent her the 1099-MISC, but I have run into issues trying to file the 1099-MISC Payer Form A (yes, I'm aware that this will now be a $250 late filing penalty).
Did you not use the Quick Employer Form Tool in the program ? If not do so now and efile the form and save a PDF for your records...

Or you can buy them at a place like Office Depot if there are any left.

The Quick Employer Forms only supports e-filing of the forms with the IRS and Social Security Administration. Copy A of the Form 1099 and W-2 are only used for e-filing and are not provided for printing.
