How do I make changes to my Form 8889? Made some incorrect entries

Where do I find this form and how do I make changes to it?

Form 8889 is generated from entries you made on your W-2 Box 12 Code W, and also in the Deductions & Credits entry section.

 

 Here is how to navigate back to the area and fix it in TurboTax online:

 

  1. Click on Federal Taxes,  Deduction & Credits
  2. Choose "add/edit" HSA, MSA Contributions
  3. Go through the interview to correct the incorrect amounts
