How do I link my Credit Karma with my Turbo Tax? Turbo Tax is affiliated with it and somehow cannot give me any information from my 2021 tax documents.

My current tax return got denied and I need to access my last year's return which ironically was through Credit Karma. When I try to access it, it takes me to Turbo Tax where my info is lost for 2021. It's incredibly frustrating.
