How do i know if my taxes were waived for the first $10200 in unemployment income i filed my tax after it got passed so does that mean that turbotax automatically put it

Yes, if you filed after the law passed then it should be included. You can check line 8 on Schedule 1 it will say UCE and the unemployment as a negative number. 

If the unemployment wasn't excluded then please see IRS to recalculate taxes on unemployment benefits; refunds to start in May
