Who is "they?"   If you mean you are having your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, then look at the amount of your refund that is on line 35a of your tax return and do the math.  Subtract your fees and the $40 "refund processing fee" to see how much you should expect for your direct deposit.   (if you are in CA the fee is $45).

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount  (line 35a of your 2024 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

To track your state refund:

Sometimes people get confused by the “summary” given by TurboTax and use the wrong amount for the federal refund.  Make sure you are only using the federal refund amount, and not an amount that combined your federal and state refunds.

Your federal refund amount is on line 35a of your Form 1040

How can I see my TurboTax  fees?

If you mean that the IRS or your state will be taking some of your refund because you owe child support or back taxes, you will see that on the IRS or state refund site.   And they will mail you a letter a few weeks later.  TurboTax never knows about offsets to your refund for back tax or child support owed, so no one at TT can tell you how much of your refund will be offset or if all of the refund will be seized.

NOTE: You can contact the IRS Treasury Offset Program Call Center at 1-800-304-3107 to ask if they have an offset for you on file. TurboTax would not have that information.
