How do I input a Grantor Letter

We have a Grantor Letter from our Cemetary Trust Service. It has a few dollars of Capitol Gain and Dividends pertaining to the increased value of our Cemetary holdings. I wish Turbo Tax had an Input form on their software to line for line match and apply the numbers to the tax filings. In the mean time do I wing it and use 1099B? Please Help

Enter your Grantor Trust letter as though you had received a K1 from a 1041.  Then the inputs should line up pretty well.
