Is this for tax year 2018?  If so, use the instructions in the TurboTax FAQ below to cancel your amended return.

Did you start an amended 2017 return but did not actually file it ?

If so then what is being transferred to the 2018 program cannot be changed ... if anything you entered last year affects the 2018 return you will need to make an entry to correct it.
