How do I get the summary cover page for the 2024 tax returns I have already filed?

I have followed the usual steps to get back to Print Center:

  1. Sign into online account to get to Tax Home
  2. Scroll down and click on Add a State
  3. Click on Tax Tools
  4. Click on Print Center
  5. Click on Print, Save or Preview This Year's Return, and select the third option to Include Government and TurboTax Worksheets

But there is no federal or state summary page.

Are you using TurboTax Desktop or Online? This was a problem but was corrected in a recent update.

You may need to do a manual update.

What is a manual update?

You can try these steps to resolve if you are using the online version:

  • Clearing your Cache and Cookies
  • Using a different browser
  • Opening an Incognito Window

I am using Turbotax Premier Online on an iPad.
I have tried everything you suggested, with no impact.

After you log on to the web/online version, scroll down to "Your tax returns & documents" and then click "add state" (wont actually need to add one) all the options in the menu will now be back. In the menu go to: tax tools /print center / federal return / select "include Turbotax worksheets" option, the summary page will be in that download. Hope that helps.
