How do I get a refund on a turbo tax product? I purchased " TURBOTAX ONLINE PREMIER TAX YEAR 2020 PREP" and need up not needing it. I've requested a refund but no reply

I need a refund I purchased "TURBOTAX ONLINE PREMIER TAX YEAR 2020 PREP" then that go removed and I purchased "TURBOTAX ONLINE STATE UT TAX YEAR 2020 PREP". I would like the $58.99 refunded. I have requested it 10 business days ago but have not heard from anyone or got my money back. So I have paid for two products but only need one. Can anyone help me??

Customer support is available from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. Pacific time

 

 

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”
