How do I get a product refund for the download I purchased? The download is not working, and the refund request page is not working either.

I can see that the download for the 2015 tubro tax is available to me, but I can not download it, it is greyed out. I have tried using the refund request page, but it does nothing after I enter in the order date. I have an order number and receipt.
